Is Islam really a religion?
I am not a professor of religious studies so I may be entirely off-base. However, I note that Islam is the ONLY recognized religion whose core revolves around the converting or killing of practitioners of all other religions. It is this blood-thirsty religious dogma that is at the center of why I consider Islam to be a barbaric aberration.
Oddly enough, most of the major religions were not so much created by their founders as a dogma was built around their lives and teachings. The two pretenders, Scientology and Islam, were crafted by their creators for their own purposes. Scientology was L. Ron Hubbard's fling at pseudo-psychology and getting rich. He succeeded. Islam was the attempt by a blood-thirsty conqueror to use religion to control and subjugate. All manner of barbaric acts were not only condoned but commanded by the religious tenets set-up by Mohammad. He also succeeded. It is these same tenets that force its way out of a medieval past and into our modern society.
It is bad enough these wacko cults continue to grow and thrive but that the response by our equally wacko liberal thinkers is so namby-pamby. Islam degrades women and strips them of rights, equality and dignity. If an American were to do that, the liberal community would be in court screaming for damages. However, let the followers of Islam force women to dress themselves in tents; kill women for even appearing to "insult" the honor of the family, or any other inane excuse and the liberal community remains amazingly silent.
It is clear that Islam is a real and present danger to peace in the world. Even the so-called moderate Muslims have as their core belief the need for Jihad and the killing of the infidel. It is us or them. There is no appeasement. There can be no peace with the followers of Mohammad.

Appeasement does not work. I cannot say that any plainer. Neville Chamberlain found that out in 1938. France is finding that out today. The French government has tried to appease Arabs and Islamic groups by appearing to be supportive. They have backed Islamists over their best friends, the United States and Great Britain. The French have attacked the people that freed their country from the Nazis hoping to appease a people that has NEVER done anything to assist France. France is receiving a bitter lesson about Arabs on loyalty and how far to trust them.
All of that being said, the French hate Arabs. How do they think they can fool even the savages in Arabic countries given the French history of conquest in Arab lands. Arabs, especially Moroccans, are detested by the French people. The slang term for a Frenchman born in Morocco is "pied noir", a black foot. It stigmatises even the most pure-bred Gaul and says because of a Moroccan birth, they have black feet just like the Arabs. Here is a popular French joke of the 1970s.
"You are driving down the road and see a road crew of ten men working in a ditch; nine are Arabs and one is French. Who is in charge? Why the Frenchman of course. You go further down the road and see yet another road crew; nine are French and one is Arab. Who is in charge? The nine Frenchman, of course."
I was first told this joke in French and when I looked puzzled at the answer I got this pitying look from my French friend. His look told me that in his eyes that no Arab was of value and that it was only natural that the French would always hold sway over the Arab people. Now they wonder why the Arabs are rioting.
France made three mistakes. The first was to believe the Arabs would honorably respect their agreements with the French. The second was to allow Arabs, or even Muslims, into their country to live, especially since the average French person hates Arabs as if it were a sacred duty. The last was to forsake Great Britain and the United States after both our countries sacrificed so many lives through two world wars to liberate France. The Holy Bible talks about no greater love if you should lay down your life for another. How many lives have Muslims laid down for France in the times of her greatest peril?
I suggest France pack up every last Muslim and ship them back to the country of their origin. I doubt the majority of Frenchmen would complain.
